New Zealand Mortgage Solutions - About Us
Mary O’Brien was originally a Kiwi Mortgage Broker living in Auckland. She spent 5 years living in New Zealand before immigrating to Australia. As a result of her experiences in both countries, as well as her first shock having to pay exorbitantly high duty stamps when she moved to Sydney, she set up New Zealand Mortgage Solutions.
New Zealand Mortgage Solutions exists for three purposes. First and most importantly, they work tirelessly to ensure that all their clients are happy with the service and results New Zealand Mortgage Solutions provides. Second, they aid citizens of New Zealand looking to immigrate to Australia or purchase a second home on Australian soil in making their initial deposits and paying requisite stamp duty on Australian Real Estate. Finally New Zealand Mortgage Solutions aids both international and Australian Real Estate investors obtain financial backing from at least one of 15 New Zealand banks and financial institutions. There have since been many investors in the “Land of The Long White Cloud”, including:
- Clients diversifying real estate investments internationally
- Existing New Zealand property owners in need of refinancing
- Commercial property investors
- Clients planning relocation to New Zealand upon retirement
- Clients investing for lifestyle purposes i.e. lakeside or cliff top properties
- First time homeowners
- Clients new to real estate investment and in need of low rates
Keep in mind that these are just a few examples of the happy, satisfied clientele with whom New Zealand Mortgage Solutions shall be happy to conduct repeat business in the future.
On a more personal note, Mary O’Brien, though still living in Australia, conducts frequent trips back to New Zealand, a place she holds very dearly in her heart, to conduct business with prospective clients as well as visit friends, family, and past customers. She owns two vacation homes, one in Coromandel Peninsula and the other Culburra Beach where she often invites friends and clients to stay for their holidays. She is also the owner of an Australian brokerage agency that is currently accredited by 35 lenders. This can be used to aid Australians to obtain a percentage of their initial deposit for the purchase of New Zealand homes and property.
