In New Zealand we now look forward to beautiful autumn colours, then winter ski-ing on the picturesque volcanoes in North Island and beautiful Queenstown in the South Island. Winter also means Rugby - keep your eye on the All Blacks!!!

So far in 2012 globally so much has happenned in such a short time. New Zealand's property market has started to strengthened with national affordability improved 4.0% and 7 out of 12 regions have shown improvement. Demand for mortgages is the most active in 4 years. Interest rates remain low (no Reserve Bank change for 3 years). Auckland has hit a 5 year peak in March. On 25 April Anzac Day a day when "good mates" Aussies and Kiwis commemorate loss of Anzacs at Galopoli in 1915.
